All Star Computer Rentals is a technology rental operation based in Phoenix Arizona. We specialize in serving the convention and trade show markets, as well as local corporate clients and other organizations.  Our client list runs the gamut from small local operations to Fortune 500 companies, in industries from technology, law, mining, government, market research, education, healthcare, manufacturing… you name it. Our corporate clients have rented equipment for training, presentations, seasonal demands, equipment evaluation and many other short-term projects.   Convention and trade show customers use our equipment for booth requirements, registration desks, cyber-cafes, show offices, training sessions, presentations and other support functions.

History

Owner Colin Halbig founded All Star in 1994, after managing ComputerLand’s largest company-owned rental operation for 10 years. At that time, a decade of industry experience, a BS in Computer Science, a soon-to-be completed MBA, and the ability to lift an 80 lb. 21” CRT proved to be a sufficient skill set to build a technology rental operation from the ground up.

24 years later, the 80 lb. displays are 70” LED’s, so we’ve come a long way. Technology changes constantly. The importance of providing quality equipment, anticipating customer’s needs, and backing it up with a commitment to superior customer service never does.

All equipment is pulled from our warehouse in Phoenix. Delivery and 24-7 support is provided by our own technicians, who actually understand the technology they’re working with.

 Experience

We’ve been doing this for along time. Our job is to ask the right questions ahead of time, deliver what we promise, and be prepared to respond to unforeseen developments quickly. After 23 years there isn’t too much we haven’t seen already.

Focusing on a single market allows us to control all aspects of the rental process. We don’t have to manage inventory with warehouses across the country, or worry that the equipment we’ve promised will get to our warehouse on time (and in good condition).   Less stress, no excuses, no drama.
